Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, cords, and decorative elements are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
